Job Description:

1. Make academic plans for the company's products and organize various forms of academic conferences and activities    

2. Train the company's sales staff in product and medical knowledge      

3. Assist the Sales Department in figuring out the market demand, formulate product promotion plans and market planning schemes, and summarize useful data      

4. Collect market information, respond to market changes and adjust market strategies timely    

5. Establish an expert network for the products and maintain the company's VIP experts by regular visits.      

6. Abide by the company's rules and regulations and follow the instructions of the superiors    

Job Requirements: 

1. Bachelor degree or above, postgraduate and medical related background or experience are preferred      

2. 3y+ experience in sales and marketing    

3. Proficient in office software and market data analysis      

4. Active, with sound communication skills and client service awareness      

5. Diligent, dependable, energetic, and enterprising, strong team player
