Job Description:
1. Prepare the list of equipment and spare parts according to the equipment products sold by the company, and establish the network channel for equipment and spare part suppliers and the network channel for spare parts of domestic peers;
2. Complete on-site equipment installation, maintenance and repair as planned or according to client repair/installation requirements;
3. Be responsible for statistical analysis of equipment serviceability rate, outage rate and faults;
4. Prepare pre-sales and after-sales technical documents for products, such as equipment installation checklist, equipment acceptance report, and equipment maintenance archives;
5. Assist the sales staff in pre-sales technical support; answer professional questions of clients, reassure them about the products, and make them more confident in the superior performance of the products;
6. Assist supervisors in the management of assessment and quality system;
7. Be responsible for the training about the company's equipment products;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Automation or related; (equipment maintenance experience in IVF or life science is preferred)
2. Know well about equipment management concept;
3. Active and responsible, with independent working ability and good communication skills, a team player;
4. Good planning, organization, coordination and problem-solving abilities;
5. Be able to travel moderately.
