Job Description:
1. Be devoted to the tasks assigned by the superiors and assist the superiors in regional sales.
2. Establish archives of hospitals in the assigned region, carry out regular and planned client visits (at least two clients each day), and prepare before each visit to improve efficiency.
3. Support the company's promotion of academic conferences, and transmit professional product information to clients, to expand product market share.
4. Be responsible for the sales in the assigned region and ensure it meets the targets set by the superiors.
5. Collect and analyze market data, make clear competitors' strategies and status, and make reasonable suggestions.
6. Keep smooth communication with clients, identify client needs in real time, and maintain the company's professional image.
7. Know well about the products, develop accomplished sales skills, and provide clinical professional support.
8. Establish client files and prepare weekly reports (see the appendix) and sales reports as required, and give market feedback to the superiors in time.
9. Be responsible for contract submission, goods acceptance and payment collection of all products within the assigned region.
10. Other tasks assigned by the superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, medical background is preferred;
2. At least one year sales experience in related industries;
3. Active, patient and meticulous, with strong communication skills and teamwork ability;
4. Earnest, dependable, courageous, and be able to travel moderately. Willing to become a potential sales manager;
5. Sound planning, analysis and execution capabilities, clear and organized thinking;
6. Driving license is a plus.
