Job Description:
1. Formulate quarterly and annual sales work plans for the company, develop sales schemes, product planning, and specific plans for branding and academic activities, and organize the implementation thereof.
2. Research and analyze the market, know well about competitive products, industry policies and regulations, and industry trends, and regularly predict and analyze the market to facilitate the company's decision-making.
3. Manage subordinate staff, and participate in the recruitment, training and assessment of subordinate staff.
4. Manage and control the use of budgets and expenses, review the expense reimbursement of sales representatives, and guide them to operate in the most economical way.
5. Find or help find regional distributors of relevant products, carry out bidding and tendering as needed, and offer technical support, product lectures, etc.
6. Establish an expert network for the products and maintain the company's VIP experts.
7. Meet the quarterly and annual sales targets set by the company and complete other work assigned by the leaders.
8. Establish a good image of the company and keep the company's trade secrets confidential.
9. Strengthen the construction and management of the sales force.
Job Requirements:
1. 28-40 years old, major in medicine, biology or related, bachelor degree or above;
2. 5y+ sales experience in medical industry, 3y+ sales team management experience; those with assisted reproduction sales experience or distribution channels are preferred;
3. Strong negotiation and communication skills, good interpersonal relationship or client group relationship;
4. Professional ethics, positive towards work and learning, and be able to travel frequently;
5. Self-motivated team player, and be able to lead the team to achieve sales targets;
6. Agree and follow the company's values;
7. Driving license is a plus.
